The Right to Information Act, 2005
Introduction:
The following officers of the Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, Nallampalli Dharmapuri, State of Tamil Nadu have been appointed as Public Information Officers and the First Appellate Authority for the College under section 5(1) and under section19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 with effect from the date mentioned against each of the officers.

The Principal for the present is following the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) which is also available on the website of the www.svvcas.com.
Fee under the Right to Information Act, 2005 This Registry for the present is following G.S.R 603(E) dated 31.07.2012 of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and, Department of Personnel & Training in so far as Application fees, Fees for providing information and Exemption from payment of Fee.
Rs.10/- either in cash or by way of Indian Postal Order or by Money Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Principal Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, payable at Dharmapuri is the fee for each application made under the Act.
Note: Cheques are not acceptable as the same is not valid mode as per the rules.
